Noblesville Boom President of Business Operations

The Noblesville Boom President of Business Operations is responsible for the overall business strategy, day-to-day operations, and long-term growth of the organization. This executive role leads all non-basketball aspects of the franchise, including ticket sales, corporate partnerships, marketing, fan engagement, community outreach, and game day experience.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Outstanding and proven communication skills required (both verbal and written). Ability to read, analyze, and interpret instructions and reports. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to think strategically and work under pressure. Ability to effectively present information, speak publicly, and respond and communicate to questions from key business leaders, community leaders, and executives.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

This position requires a strong working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Microsoft Office.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Knowledge to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as analyzing costs, developing budgets and sales projections, and figuring statistics.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to think strategically and understand and evaluate situations on all levels, communicate/articulate pros and cons of various options and implement solutions effectively.
