VP of Risk Management

The VP of Risk Management is responsible for maintaining risk management best practices to protect company assets and minimize losses. They will identify and evaluate operational risks and implement and monitor ongoing risk management practices, in addition to managing all insurance programs.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management or related field, plus ten years of experience in the field of risk management.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret instructions and reports. Ability to write reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from owners, managers, clients, customers, business related third parties and the general public.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret directions and data.

PROBLEM SOLVING REQUIREMENTS:

Employee must be able to assess risk, evaluate and implement solutions.
