SUMMARY
PS&E is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the organization’s hiring goals across full-time, part-time, and intern positions. This role will partner with all areas of the company (both commercial and basketball) when it comes to recruiting, onboarding, and retaining talent. They will work with the Director/Talent Acquisition to ensure a top-tier hiring experience for all employees. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also play a key role in educating and supporting hiring managers with best practices and tools that enable consistent, effective, and inclusive hiring decisions.
We are looking for a candidate that has excellent communication skills, a high attention to detail, and an ability to work under their own self-direction. Strong prioritization and relationship building skills are key to success in this role. We are looking for someone who embraces new and emerging technology and can see projects through to completion.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required. At least one year of professional work experience in recruiting. Previous experience in HR and/or HR certifications are a plus.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Employee should have excellent computer skills including very solid knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Windows, Word, PowerPoint and Teams. Experience using ADP Workforce Now, or another HRIS/payroll software is a plus. Experience learning and adapting to new technologies is critical for this position.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret instructions and reports. Ability to write reports and correspondence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required; ability to connect with employees at all levels and interact effectively with internal and external partners effectively both in writing and verbally.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Knowledge to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as analyzing costs, figuring statistics, interpreting governmental forms, developing spreadsheets and tracking data to support compliance and improve processes.
REASONAING ABILITY:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret directions. Ability to adapt, adjust and problem solve continuously to achieve consistent positive outcomes.
