The Scouting Report:
We are looking for the following qualities and characteristics in a Boom Business Operations Season Associate:
The Game Plan: This is a great launching point to begin your career in sports ticket sales and partnerships. You’ll learn how to support the Noblesville Boom business team across group tickets, premium opportunities, season ticket plans, community outreach, and partnership development. You’ll help identify qualified prospects, assist with sales campaigns, support partnership activations, and gain hands-on experience in how an NBA G League franchise grows its fan base, builds local business relationships, creates memorable game-night experiences, and works closely with their parent club. Best of all, you’ll be able to shadow sales and partnership staff on calls, appointments, game nights, and community events throughout the season.
