JOB SUMMARY
PS&E is hiring a part-time Video Editor to join our Digital Marketing team, primarily on game nights. We are looking for someone with a passion for basketball that will help take our digital channels to the next level! You will gain experience working in the fast pace of NBA/WNBA/G-League game nights and will have your work showcased on Pacers/Fever/Mad Ants digital channels, including Pacers.com, Fever.wnba.com, Indianamadants.com, Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking and motivated individual who can work independently, collaborate with the team, and help the Pacers Sports & Entertainment brands reach fans across the globe.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the creation of game night digital content for both home and away games
Edit highlight videos in-game and postgame
Film and/or edit pregame and postgame press conferences
Create or edit GIFs from game footage to be used on Pacers Sports & Entertainment social media
Prioritize and coordinate photos or videos from multiple sources
Log and label video clips for future use
Transcribe player and coach interviews and add captioning to videos
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Available to work on-site on Pacers/Fever/Mad Ants home games and remotely for road games, including late evening hours
Available to work 10-25 hours per week
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Past video work examples required (personal or professional projects)
Knowledge of the Pacers/Fever/Mad Ants and the NBA/WNBA/G-League highly preferred
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Outstanding attention to detail and excellent written communication skills are required. Ability to edit written content with a quick turnaround. Ability to write creative headlines and photo captions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are an absolute requirement.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret instructions and reports.
Ability to write reports and correspondences.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from PS&E management and the public.
REASONING ABILITY:
Excellent organization and planning skills
Ability to take ownership of assigned projects and multi-task.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret oral and written directions as well as building maps.

COMPUTER SKILLS:
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom
Intermediate level of photo and video editing is required
Graphic design experience is a plus
