The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager will lead a variety of responsibilities across Marketing Cloud, Personalization, SMS, and other varied platforms. The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager will complete and organize projects across all PS&E brands aimed at engaging our fans and customers. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise within Marketing Cloud and Salesforce platforms, a creative skillset, strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing the multiple PS&E business units/properties within Marketing Cloud.
• Designing and building personalized content for emails and SMS.
• Analyzing engagement cross-channel and making recommendations for increased ROI.
• Recommending smart audience segments for fan and customer messaging.
• Leading Journey Builder and Automation Studio for prospective and current customers.
• Increasing SMS subscribers and engagement initiatives
• Leading and organizing project management for sales and marketing campaigns.
• Leading integrated forms within the CRM for events, subscription sign ups, data capture, and more.
• Leading web personalization efforts and Data Cloud MC activations.
• Managing and developing the Marketing Cloud Coordinator.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years in a similar Salesforce role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing efforts.
• Knowledge of email, SMS, and Push notifications.
• Exposure and hands-on experience with Salesforce products: Marketing Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud, Personalization, Data Cloud, Trailhead.
• Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Formstack, and Qualtrics.
• Graphic/creative design experience highly preferred.
• People management experience highly preferred.
